| We do not require a minimum order for retail sales. If you are ordering wholesale, we require a $150.00 minimum for first orders and then a $50.00 reorder minimum. We charge no handling fees. However, if an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, and/or an order has been filled, you will be charged a minimum $10.00 restocking fee. Shipping charges will be added to each order as well as any necessary shipping insurance. The insurance is primarily for engraved items. If insurance is needed we will let you know. Ordering: We encourage you to order online whenever possible. Orders may be placed by phone during business hours. Please do not leave orders on the voice mail system. Leave a message that you would like to place an order along with your name and phone number and we will return your call. You can also leave an order using email and we will confirm your order with you through email or by calling you. Orders are processed in 5-10 business days. Once your order is shipped it cannot be changed! Any additions will be treated as a new order and will be shipped separately. All orders must be paid before shipping by personal check, visa or master card. We do not offer credit terms. Shipping: All orders in the continental United States are shipped UPS. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the packaged order. Ground orders are not guaranteed by a certain day, and therefore cannot be reimbursed for if late. If your package does not arrive in acceptable condition, Do Not Accept it from the carrier and contact UPS. Returns: Satisfaction with Pauper's Candles and products is important to us. You can return an item in new condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your method of payment. You are responsible for shipping returned items and for any damage that occurs during shipping. We reserve the right to add or subtract from these terms and policies. We also reserve the right to price changes according to market demands and supplies. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
